The Basics has the only two products you need for a basic curl routine.
The sulfate-free Curl Shampoo is gentle, mild and hydrating. Formulated to cleanse the hair without stripping it of natural oils, it gently removes buildup and impurities while keeping the hair moisturized, hydrated and healthy.
The moisture-rich and deeply nourishing Curl Conditioner quenches dry hair, repairs damage, promotes shine, and provides memory to curl/wave pattern. It softens and strengthens hair, and restores bounce without weighing the hair down.
How to use
Apply Curl Shampoo to wet hair, massage thoroughly, lather well and rinse out. Follow with Curl Conditioner. Leave in for 2-5 minutes. Rinse out. For extra moisture and hydration, leave in a dime sized amount. Follow with styling products for best results.

Can Curl Conditioner be used as a leave-in conditioner or co-wash?
It can be used as a leave-in conditioner as long as a very small amount is left in. It is not recommended for co-washing.
Will these products get rid of frizz?
Yes. Curl Conditioner provides intense hydration and moisture, hence taming frizz and flyaways.
How much product should I use?
The smallest dime-sized amount goes a long way, especially if you have fine, short or wavy hair. If you have thicker or coarser curls/coils, you may need a little more. We recommend starting off with a dime-sized amount and adding more as needed. At the end of the day, nobody knows what works best for your curls other than you.
Can the products be used for straight hair to get curls/waves?
While they're completely safe to use on straight/non-textured hair, they will not give you curls or waves.
Are the products sulfate-free?
They sure are! Curl Conditioner and Curl Shampoo are free of harmful sulfates, parabens, gluten or mineral oil.
Is Curl Shampoo drying?
Not at all. It does its job without causing any dryness or breakage.
Can I use these products on dry hair?
We don't recommend it. These products are best used on freshly washed wet hair
What's the scent?
The products have a light and luxurious berry scent.
